One of the best spas in the world, an infinity pool 150 meters above the Indian Ocean, the superb Il Ristorante for Maurizio’s pastas, a tranquil outdoor bar and the beautifully understated La Spiaggia…. two wooden tables, a barbecue and the freshest fish under the cliff in the middle of friendly neighbors…. a bunch of playful monkeys.
GM Santiago Sagaz runs a team of friendly smiling Balinese who made the road a much friendlier place yesterday… and Carlos de la Barra makes the wine list sing. (It’s part of The Ritz-Carlton portfolio so the customer experience is second to none).
