Who would have thought we could run a Foodie Friday when we’re all in lockdown?
But here in Arizona, restaurants can still operate healthy, safe take-outs. So Kevin Binkley – genius chef – and wife Amy helped by First Lieutenant Christian, stepped up and offered an amazing seven course take-out.
A King Salmon Dip, decadent Gougères, a Spring Salad, amazing Morel and Porcini Soup, slow-smoked Pork Shoulder and Andouille Sausage with Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding and a delicious Époisses – washed down with some Whispering Angel Rosé from our cellar and a delightful Israeli Château Golan Cabernet Sauvignon that Guy Hameiri sent us over from Jerusalem.
