Here’s what I’ve learned about handling a Pandemic from a Leadership perspective.  (Presidents / Prime Ministers to note!)

·       Adapt ➤ Improvise ➤ Overcome.

·       Communicate openly, truthfully, consistently and clearly.

·       SURVIVE ➤ REVIVE ➤ THRIVE.
