I have been working with the fabulous Transmed company for three generations now and have watched them grow from a local Lebanese player, to a regional powerhouse, and now to an international company with successful businesses in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (ref KRC: 22nd March 2024, 21st March 2023, July 12th, 2022).
Last week, four Peak Performance graduates and Transmed leaders (Hani, Mazen, Wissam and Georges) joined me in running a 2½ day programme with 18 rising stars from Transmed’s leadership ranks, where we got stuck in to what makes Transmed such a great Company and what we can all do to accelerate the Company’s growth and momentum through inspiring leaders to perform at peak in the moments that matter.
There was a diverse group of nationalities, experience, functional skills, backgrounds and cultures all feeling like a family and playing like a team.
2½ days of optimism, positivity and progress. The group inspired one another to reach new heights as they learned new skills and discovered new, faster, more agile ways of working.
Dubai, Saudi and The Gulf are hotbeds of innovation, courage, and growth and are certainly challenging in many ways.
Executional excellence is difficult at the best of times, but in today’s crazy world it’s even more challenging and even more important.
Standards are being raised higher and higher in Dubai in every business from airlines to consumer goods and Transmed continues to lead the way as a distributor for some of the world’s most loved brands.
Summer is coming and it’s getting a little hot down there right now but if you do get the chance to pay a visit in October or so – come on down to Dubai.
It really is over-the-top fun and super safe.
