As a nod to my North County roots I have been writing columns over the years for In-Cumbria magazine. Editor Sue Riley published a superb piece this month with Sam Ward, MD of UMBEL Group – 10 restaurants, five countries, nine Michelin Stars – including the UK’s best restaurant – Simon Rogan’s L’Enclume – living Lovemarks (Simon and L’Enclume!!).
