Andrea and Andy brought along five of Piana’s young leaders to Desert Dream last Saturday for a day of personal development, team building and leadership stuff.
It was exhilarating to be with such enthusiastic, energetic, positive, talented youngsters.
Piana’s future is bright when they’re able to attract such talent to their businesses in Atlanta.
Will, Spencer, Lorenzo, Sofia and Gianni were all hungry to learn, eager to participate and full of courage. And they are mainly in their early 20s (sorry Will!!).
I recommend all of us should spend as much time as we can with these kinds of fresh thinkers and doers.
All is not lost.
Despite what you might read or believe, there are educated, smart, enthusiastic and passionate young people out there.
Find them. Nurture them. Believe in them. Care for them. Inspire them. And stretch them.
They are worth it and they will deliver.
And the world will be a better place for it.
