Foodie Friday – A Cathedral of Cuisine in Barcelona

Juan Naya (The Dreamer) – CEO of ISDIN, top man, dear friend, ex Nasa rocket scientist – invited me to Cocina Hermanos Torres for dinner last week.  A three-star Michelin; an extraordinary fusion of space, ambience, Family, food, pleasure, innovation, executional excellence, vision and attention to detail.

Legendary twin brothers Javier and Sergio are in the kitchen every night.  The kitchen is in the middle of the restaurant, the tables surround it on all sides.  A battalion of 20+ chefs weave magic in full view all night long.  Incredible.  Amazing and paradoxically intimate and spectacular at the same time.
